Return Eligibility

The item delivered does not match your order
The product is unused and in original condition

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or worn products
Products damaged after use
Items without original packaging or tags
Certain hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings, if applicable)
Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Share your order details and product images (if damaged/incorrect)
Our team will verify and approve the request
Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

Size issue (if applicable)
Damaged or defective product
Wrong item received

Exchange is subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Return Shipping

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong product: return shipping will be covered by us
In other cases: return shipping cost may be borne by the customer
